Andrew I. Sacher
Principal

Andrew Sacher is the sole principal of AIS Development, Inc. Over the past 20 years, he has been involved in the brokerage and development on a wide spectrum of commercial and residential properties. Andrew is one of two managing partners in a mixed-use portfolio of industrial, office, and retail properties which includes 22 multi-tenant buildings in Massachusetts adding up to well over 1,000,000 square feet of space. He is involved in all major tenant, construction, and finance decisions within the portfolio, but is hands off on day-to-day management, which affords him the time to pursue new acquisition deals.

Over the last 10 years, Andrew’s focus has shifted from searching for and assembling land for both multi-family and shopping center developments to corporate advisory assisting large corporations with multiple locations expand and/or renegotiate existing leases. Andrew is constantly aware and always looking to take advantage of opportunistic deals and/or undervalued assets to enhance and grow the portfolio and its performance, from bank sales to raising capital. This affords AIS the ability to facilitate short-term mezzanine financing and quick-close capabilities on attractive properties. Andrew graduated from Tufts University (B.S. Economics class of 1988) and lives in Wellesley with his wife and two sons.

Jason D. Cort

Jason graduated from Ithaca College (B.S. Business class of 2006) and immediately joined AIS to facilitate the creation and growth of the firm’s capabilities & portfolio. Since inception Jason has worked side-by-side with Andrew consummating sale and lease transactions covering a wide spectrum of responsibilities including property management, in-house marketing and due diligence, and advising Tenant’s and Landlord’s on a wide scope. Through contacts and networking within the industry Jason constantly looks for real estate investment opportunities ranging from commercial properties and multi-family deals to arranging mezzanine financing solutions on a smaller scale. Jason grew up in Weston, MA and currently resides in the Back Bay area of Boston.
